we want to read the TP700Comfort panel SD card. 

We did it using the web server, but we need to know if there are any FTP or SSH way to transfer files.

I´m sorry but the Webserver is the only way to get access to the SD Card.

FTP works theoretically but only manually from the Panel (its an old FAQ but still right)

But you could transfer the needed Files from SD Card with a Script to a network share with the following faq:
