TP700 Conform Problems to start

VSalas Member Joined: 10/2/2016 Last visit: 12/17/2021 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	I have a TP700 Conformt, when it turns on, it can not start, In a normal start, 11 frames of the boot screen light up. In my HMI only 1 is illuminated in the attached file I show a photo I have no way to enter the settings screen I do not have Ethernet communication, so I can not use Prosave What I can do? Else you will have to send it back to Siemens: Siemens Support If the screen of panel shows thegridand text "SIMATIC HMI" ,it is not possible to do a reset to factory settings and you should send it to the repair center.

Then some one who has the original project needs to "download" the HMI to the USB drive) Does this means that if you download the project files on to the USB that the Operator panel will be able to run in runtime again ?
