TP900 comfort and CPU412-2DP, should check the cable?

hi all

i have same problem but in real

i have TP900 comfort and CPU412-2DP. i program PLC in Simatic manager V5.5 pro.

i use device proxy in TIA-V13 to connect HMI to PLC via profibus connection.

in simulation everything is OK but when i connect HMI to PLC there is a fault on PLC.

i have 38C4 and 39C4 in CPU buffer. it say i should check the cable but the cable is ok.

now how can i fix this problem?
