´TP900 comfort panel want to connect to PLC via profibus

Thanks for your helpful notice but I have another problem

I have a tp900 comfort panel that I want to connect it to my PLC via profibus connection.

I write program for panel in tia v13 but I can’t connect it to PLC because in step7 I don’t have tp900 comfort in HW configuration

What should I do?

 Hi,

 It is not necessary to have the HMI in the HW configuration of the PLC program. 

What is the connection settings at the TIA 13 HMI backup? Which CPU is used? and what is Profibus address of both?

The connection in the TIA is Profibus too and my PLC is 412-2DP I connect  the DP port of HMI to DP port of PLC

The address of HMI is 5 and PLC is 2

I test my program in TIA simulation and it is OK

But when I connect HMI to PLC in real it doesn’t work

I can’t use the TIA for download the program in my PLC because in rack I have 16DI  by order number: 321-1BH01-0AA0 that is not in TIA HW config

I use device proxy in my HMI program but when I was connect It to PLC I have some fault on it

The LED’s on PLC are blinking . INTF , EXTF , BUS2F are blinking.

Is any action that I use to do on step 7 for this case? Or I just use device proxy in my TIA wincc comfort?

i have a 100*60 matris, i can make it in one DB but how can i use it?

i want to write some program that for example when i have 40 and 55 the program call the cell's [40,55]

this is a Lookup table for two sensor . first is opening(100%) and second is the pressure(6bar)

like 40% and 5.5bar --> array cell [40,55]

please :(
