Application ScsServer.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down.

I'm having the same problem with TP900, any solutions?

Using Tia Portal V13 SP1, tying to download via ethernet.

 I restarted the panel 3-4 times yesterday with no luck... Perhaps better day today? :)

We have the same problem using a TP1200 panel.

We tried the following:

1. Create a Pack&Go in stead of downloading directly. Executing this Pack&Go gave the same error.

2. Executing the generated Pack & Go on an other PC gave the same error.

3. Opening and downloading the project from an other PC went without any problems; download went well without any errors.

Conclusion: the problem is most likely somewhere in the installation of TIA portal.
We are now going to reinstall the TIA portal software on the faulty laptop; we will post the results here.

I repeat my post from the last thread in english:

Try to generate a new HMI Project and try to transfer this one. If this  do not work also i would try a Reset to Factory Settings.

Perhaps there is a file or program on the Panel damaged or the normal functions of the panel do not work anymore. A Reset to Factory Settings gets your Panel to a clean an working state and its done in 10 -15 minutes.

I Had the same issue with a TP1200.

I solved it with changing the Device Version to the newest.

After installing SP1 and all the Updates there must be a newer Versin/Firmware for the HMI available. Without any notice or info like WinCC flexible did.

After the change and the next download there was a automatic firmware upgrade.

Since then I have no problems anymore.

May this helps someone else too.

We could solve it by saving the project under another name, full recompile of the screen, and setting the firmware version to the latest.

Thanks for the tips its proven work for me..  I did exactly as what you wrote. Just simply copy the  object or your might call its project and the paste it again under the same directory. Thanks again.
