I´m new at WinCC Unified. I have some errors in my Global Scripts, and some buttons doesn´t work. I´ve been reading how to debug all my JS coding, and I just found the TraceViewer tool. Now, I need to know the meaning of every trace, so ¿Where can I get a manual / list of trace messages?

Hi,

i doubt, that there is a manual, that contains the codes. For scripting relevant: You can use the filter->Subsystem->ScriptFW so only traces based on scripting/errors or outputs are shown.

But i would still suggest to use the Chrome debugger, as described here:

It makes it much easier to understand, why the script behaves like it does. A combination of both tools can be helpfull aswell.
