Please can you give me a manual which explains it step by step and has screenshot . The problem is someone messed with the passwords and password ageing was selected now they can't input settings as no one knows the correct password therefore I will download the original project I have in TIA portal V13 Please let me know what precautions I need to take I think I need to take backup of License also ? I have not worked on PC based HMI before

The licence installed on the HMI PC is no affected from the download of the project! Regards Christoph
