Transition in Batch Recipe Editor

Delphoe Posts: 120 Rating: (1)	Hi, Pro I'm working with a Brewery Project using PCS7 at this moment. I'm trying to create a recipe with Batch Recipe Editor. However, the Transition makes me confused and I don't know how to configure it. Can anyone explaint me more about this. Thanks in advanced.

CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 1/8/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	Hi Delphoe , transition in Batch works quiete similar to transition in SFC, the difference are how to get information... the information you can use into transition usually comes from "TAG_COLLECT" cfc block: connect all "IEPH_xxx" to the block to make tags available into Simatic Batch database for transition. there are some functionality about how to use data into Recipe described in Siamtic Batch manual installed in PCS7 documentation (a lil hard to explain here) Hope it that you asked Regards

If this block is used to collect the value for the transition in Batch, so can you help me in this particular situation. For example, if I want the transition :" A=true" in order to move to the next step in Recipe Editor. So how can I get the "A" signal in Batch by using TAG_COLLECT. ( The "A" signal here is a casual variable). Please help me. Thanks a lots. Regards
