Trasfer data from a S7-300 to a S7-200

thanks a lot for your feedback. I have already read in the Support Area this article and all the one linked to it and due to my ignorance I have stiil some points to clear :

1- Where the instruction that are listed in the article should be put because on the S/-300 side there is already a control program in place and running . This is something that is not related with the actual control program or not ?

2-In the article is reported that : "...Before you transfer the STEP 7 block, which is called in the communication block SFC67/SFC68, you should set the S7-300/S7-400 control to the control mode "STOP". Otherwise the communication blocks are not initialized and the communication does not work."
Woul like to know from a program standpoint how I can put the system in "STOP" mode and then at the ned of the process back in its normal status.

for what concern my first point I mean that on the S7-300 side there is already a control program running and that develops the control logic of a Reverse Osmosis system in mu case. I need to transfer few data from this PLC to the S7-200 unit linked through MPI .
So my question is where to add the X_PUT instructions? Inside the program that is already running ( at the beginning , at the end or in other specific parts ) or this data trasfer program/instructions need to be uploaded/inserted somewhere else ( where and in which way from a practical stand point ..unlukily on the Siemens article is not specified and the example code is very short -> would be nice to have something more detailed and specific )
