Namely, the display of the logging tags no longer works when I want to display a certain number of tags in the graph. The trend lines are then permanently displayed with the value 0. The Trace Viewer shows the following messages when this error occurs First- "Screen name 'HMI_RT_8::HMI_TF1:HMI_TF1' resolved to null ref." Second - "Testing validity of connection returned with error message: 'interrupted'". Third - "Condition failed. CTagLoggingConfigurationCache::ReadLogConfiguration. Returning: Info 0x107067 (7, 1, 103): A pending statement was canceled (StorageFramework/IStoragePlugin)) " Fourth - " Condition failed. Failed to read log configuration from storage system. Returning: Info 0x107067 (7, 1, 103): A pending statement was canceled (StorageFramework/IStoragePlugin)) " Does anyone know about this problem? Otherwise, I need to contact Siemens technical service. Thanks

Restarting the computer solves the problem... temporarily... The values look logging, i open de databases an see the values inside... I made a clean installation, used the recommended version of windows 10, put a SSD for optimize speed, use a different hard drive for logging, upgrade to the latest version and not solve this problem. take a look in my post: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/us/en/posts/problem-when-loading-historical-data-on-trend/252713/?page=0&pageSize=10 By the moment i can't publish my system because this issue. thinking seriously to migrate to factory talk view. Unfortunately, the segment sizes are in the frame and there are also not nearly 200 individual segments called when accessed. Unless the segments are called multiple times and cached when calling different data from the same segment (Which I hope is not the case). I probably won't be able to avoid telling Siemens support about the problem.

However, I'm afraid that the solution will take a few more days/weeks. Siemens support has not been very quick so far when I have had a major problem.

Maybe someone encountered the same issue and solved it by himself? every help is appreciated
