Hi I have a strange problem with a PCS7 system, the problem is with our trends for some reason “60 seconds” in the trends is equal to approximate 40 second in real time, that means after some hours the data base is way ahead in the future. I have attach a screen shot where the problem is showed, the first paged showed the time table for the trend is way ahead, according the time in the WinCC system. I have also read out from the WinCC data base and it is very clear the entrance is done with the with an incorrect time stamp according the PC time. The system is clock sync, I have verified the time on all PLC’s servers and client’s they have the same time and also the same time zone. I have tried to reset the tag logging on both serves, but every time the tag longing is wrong. The System is PCS7 V7.1 SP3 Any idea how to troubleshoot the problem? Or a solution.
