here the same issue, not with an I/O field, but with a widget I created myself. I uncheck the connection quality- show box every time......connection with the tag is okay, but still the triangle with attention mark is visible in the background. why? And is it possible to uncheck the box as default?   

I'am using tia portal V19, update 1 and MTP1900 panel and CPU1518F-4PN/DP

A few points to check here:

Please can you confirm the full version of TIA that you are using in this case, including updates?

Is the date and time set correctly on both the PLC and HMI, and are they at least 30 seconds within each other?

Are there any security settings configured in the PLC hardware properties?

Please can you check that the access point in the HMI connection is set to S7Online and not S7Online1 for example?

If you log into the Unified system with a user who ONLY has the "HMI Administrator" role, does the same thing happen or not?
