Hello guys,

I'm using WinCC Runtime Advanced  V16 on an IPC with Windows 10 as the host OS.
The IPC is also equipped with a software CPU1507S V20.8.

The IPC is connected to a UPS (UPS500S).

I'm trying to get the "power status" of the UPS into the Runtime application. I'm able to use scripts on the Windows 10 OS that are triggered with the UPS events "power failure" and "power return".

I don't have a license for OPC UA on the software CPU so I cannot access a tag inside the CPU to reflect the power status.

I've tried to generate a system event in the runtime on which the runtime would react, without luck so far.

Any ideas that could help?
I've searched the forum and the FAQ without result applicable to WinCC RT Advanced!
I know that it's easy peasy in WinCC RT Professional.
