Triggering events from JavaScript

It would be easier to give you an appropriate answer if you described your concern in more detail.

I know of no way to fire an OnTapped event with JavaScript code. What you could do, however, is call the function associated with the event. For example, for a screen element named "btn", you could simply call the btn_OnTapped() function. But in this case, you won't be able to use the parameters provided to the function, such as item, x, y, and so on.
