Trouble changing the boot order.

Now I'm having trouble changing the boot order.

I tried to send the fw_env.config to /etc folder but the error occurs as per photo.

I can only put it in the JPX folder

I also tried the command sudo mel-setup but there is a problem "failure in name resolution". After putting password it initializes but in the firewell of error. photos attached.

I believe I have no ROOT access and my user has no superuser

 to copy the file to /etc, you need to be logged in as root! So please try to use the root user to login to WinSCP.

About the firewall, I don't know the reason. Have heard it sometimes, but never saw it on one of my devices. 
Re-installing the Industrial OS is solving this.. For now I don't know any other solution. But this is not easily possible with having no root access or sudo right. Are you sure that you can't login as root and can't call commands with sudo being logged in as user?

Having no root access and a user without sudo rights is very unlucky situation. So you can't even change the boot order... A system without the possibility to have administrative priviledges is not a good idea for development.

su does somehow not work on IndOS, don't know why. 

You can use sudo -i instead, this should work.

is your IOT2050 connected to a router? 

You can also try to change the hostname via mel-setup to localhost.
