Trouble regarding HMI KTP600/S7 1215 DC/DC/DC

hi.

Im having trouble with my KTP600 and S71215.

im using TIA V13, and use the HMI to edit some boolic tags in the PLC as well as retrieving a couple of registers. 

The issue im having is that the HMI wont edit the tags in the PLC, and it also dont retrieve the value from the registers. The wierd thing is that i have one tag that is working.

In attachment is one of the events that is not working, HMI taglist, PLC taglist and the working event

Im quite new to programming in TIA, os i might have forgotten something very basic.

do you get any system Messages? Do you have projected a Message window in the global screen and set the filter for Systemmessages.

So get to the Runtime settings of the Panel to Message Settings. Set the duration of the Sysemmessages higher for example up to 20 seconds.

Use the tag of the button in a IO Field. What do you see in the Simulation or on the Panel?

Are there ### in the IO Field? do you get any System messages?

hi.

When i add the tag of a button to an IOfield it shows the number 0, and 1 when im clicking the button, not the ####. so the button is working, at least with the HMI's internal tags. but when i monitor my main OB, the tag is unchanged.

at startup i get system messages stating that HMI is set to "operating mode", and that connection to PLC is established. 

The event at release is reset bit, and im resetting the same bit that i set when i press. so that as long as i hold the button the tag will be set.

found the issue

i had used MB1 as system memory bits, and it seems like it used the whole byte, instead of just 1.0 - 1.3.
