Trouble When Turn On Servo Drive & TM41 module

I'm Using servo motor as 'Speed Mode' When I Turn on servo drive, TM 41 Module's 'Z' lamp color is red. it becomes green after i set origin & spin servo motor 1 cycle. I want to make 'Z' lamp green immediately turn on drive. Is this way the only to make 'Z' lamp to green? Thanks
