Trying to change the temperature sensor type from kty84 to ptc1000 in p601

Dear team, 

I trying to change the temperature sensor type from kty84 to pt1000 in p601. But it doesn't change with error  parameter illegal value... Please  suggest me why it is not changing..

Hello,

To change p0601 value user need access level 2 i.e. p0003 must be 2.

P0601 has value 0 =  no temp sensor, 1 = PTC thermistor, 2 = KTY 84 sensor.

Here if you select 1 i.e. PTC thermistor (resistance value 150-300 cold resistance state to 2000 ohm overheating state ), it will not match the chactertsic of PT1000 (resiatance value 1090 ohm cold resistance state to 1500 ohm overheating resistance state) & if you set p0601 = 2 i.e. KTY84 (500 ohm cold resistance state to 2600 ohm overheating state), also it doesnot match PT1000 (resiatance value 1090 ohm cold resistance state to 1500 ohm overheating resistance state) characterstic.

I already change the P10 in 2 mode and try to change from kty84 to pt1000.. Because on motor actual sensor is pt1000...but when i try to do... Illegal parameter error showing and it haven't changed.... Please suggest with valuable  feedback

Hello,

To connect PT1000 to MM440 inplace of KYT84, user need to procure & install an adopter board. Please refer FAQ-0HB1B9QX_en.pdf  FAQ for ordering & installation/connection details.

BTW, connect PT1000 sensor to SMC 20 X 520 pin 13 +TEMP & X520 pin 25 - TEMP

Set p0600 = 1 activates motor temp using sensor 1 & set p0601 = 6 i.e. sensor type is PT1000.

Sorry for put this problem in wrong product portal.... 

Connection of pt1000 from motor side is okay... 

Only concern thing , i already  put P600 is 1 and after when try to change parameter  setting in P601 from 2 to 6 (pt1000) , it is showing illegal  parameter value error....
