not enough informations. In this case you need tell us more:

1. how is your MB_Slave configured, especially Holding register if HMI request this part of data.

2. what is HMI request, what data it need collect?

If your RX is ON on S7, some message comes to PLC so you need check what message is this and compare it with your required from HMI. Other diagnostic is needed in this area.

when RX blinks and TX not, the S7 can't recognize the frame due to wrong wiring, wrong data frame parameterization or wrong slave address.

Please note: the outputs of MB_SLAVE are displayed dynamically. You can't watch them when going online, you must evaluate them in your program. Save STATUS when ERROR=TRUE.

thnx for info. No problem my friend, I think everytime check for first basic settings/message. Problem can be  also due RS-485 module with not correctly initialised MODE to 4, don't know if swapped wires are problem here because LEDs will be show this (one of them can be true permanently probably). MODE 4 is everytime forgetting issue in case of RS-485...

looks like wrong communication settings, check both devices have same communication settings set. Pls you need have your DB1 without optimized access set, check this also.
