Trying to execute the zeroing command, but getting #6054 and #4531 error

Hi Siwarexi,

I am trying to execute the zeroing command, but I get this error:

#6054 and #4531 That is a "Scale Command Error", because weight outside allowable zero range.

 I try to set this parameters:

But I got the same error. The actual weight is 8.

To set this parameters I entered to "Service Mode"

- s_CMD2: i_CMD_CODE =1

I set the values to the DR3 tags and go back to the "Service Mode Off".

Is the process to send the configuration parameters correct?

Hello Richard,

if you want to change data in DR3 you should follow the following procedure:

1. Switch Service mode On with command 1
2. Read DR 3 with command 2003, this is made to update the data in the PLC with the data of the Siwarex WP52x. If you don't do this you might overwrite the calibration data and destroy the calibration.
3. Change data in the DB
4. Send DR3 to the Siwarex WP52x with command 4003. Only if you send the data to the Siwarex WP52x they get active.
5. Switch Off the Service mode with command 2.

Be aware the parameters SEMI_AUTO_ZERO_LIMIT_NEGATIVE/POSITIVE are in percent of the MAX_WEIGHT also in DR3.
