TRYING TO MAKE A SIMPLE RATE METER WITH THE 1200 SERIES PLCS

frac master Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	I AM TRYING TO MAKE A SIMPLE RATE METER WITH THE 1200 SERIES PLCS AND I AM NOT HAVING GOOD LUCK. I AM READING THE MANUAL BUT HAVE A LONG WAYS TO GO STILL. I COULD USE A EASY SAMPLE PROGRAM WITH SOME COMMENTS ABOUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THE PROGRAM. I WILL BE READING A MAG PICKUP. THE WILL BE 30 PULSES PER REV. EACH REV EQUALS .25 GALLONS. IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I'M JUST TRYING TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW.

Connect your Sensor to this input and read out the pulses from it. Then you also need a little calcuation to scale your pulses in gallons.
