Hello,

be carefully in case of not Siemens product, because you need to be 100% sure that Adapter supports your requested protocols and also OS. There are so much Adapters...

 I have a similar problem when I'm trying to upload or download the program from PLC,error pop up as"Communication link to the adapter damaged"

I have tried reinstalling the Simatic manager,but no fruitful result.

I have attached the screen shot of PG/PC interface.
