TS Adapter IE & 840D sl (NCU 730)

Gorka Herranz Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	Good morning I have a TS Adapter IE connected to a 730.3 NCU via X127. When i do the call to the TS Adapter IE i get a connection stablished but I can't connect to the PLC. I have enabled all simatic and internet protocols. The IP`address of TS adapter is 192.168.215.30 and of the pc which realizes the teleservice is 192.168.215.29 and are the same IP addresses configured in the tcu.ini file. When I switch the plc via step7 (PG/PC interface is TS Adapter IE) to online always is showing an message that shows that I can't connect to the interface and to select one IP address. (That IP addresses are 192.168.214.1 (X120) and 192.168.215.1 (X127)). I choose the second one, X127, and i never get to the online information. Thanks.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, You need to make the harware configuration in the PLC...you need to have your NCU730.3 configuration in the hardware.... Then only it communicates..... X127 is the DHCP port....it provide you the address of 192.168.215.1 and in the laptop you should keep it Obtain IP address automatically... and in your laptop the IP will be 192.168.215.2 check it out.... Gorka Herranz Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	I check it, and when I connect the laptop to X127 port my laptop gets automatically an IP address given by DHCP service, I will do more test to try TS Adapter configuration.
