On this link you will find the TS Adapter II manual, along with separate info on Teleservice, along with FAQs on the subject.. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19077951 You could be interested to know there is a separate module that works on ISDN: TS Adapter II ISDN (6ES7972-0CC35-0XA0) that works with Telesewrvice ISDN (6ES7972-0ED00-0XA0)..
