Eng_Alz Experienced Member Joined: 8/12/2018 Last visit: 8/28/2023 Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	hello, I have two line in my project each line have a group of plc's, the two lines are separate and were connected to a different either net cards in the station as shown in the figure. the problem is when I try to use the TSEND/TRCV in the communication between a plc in line 1 to plc in line2,I couldn't and it give me that the subnets differ even if I try to change the IP addressee it will not work. Piotr.M Platinum Member Joined: 6/24/2013 Last visit: 3/21/2025 Posts: 1674 Rating: (431)	Hi Address 192.168.0.0 is invalid. lowest valid address is 192.168.0.1 last digit must be from 1 to 254 Also if you have a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 the first 3 parts of IP address must be identical to communicate, for example 192.168.0.1 to192.168.0.100

Create a Connection with TCON 2. use sequences to read/write 3. in case of errors invoke connection reset 4. you can use diag to capture specific errors. see attached file and block FB101 which contains a sketcho of TSEND TRCV comms implementation Attachment ETH_COMMS.zip (126 Downloads)
