Dear Expert,

I'm facing a problem of TTY communication protocol on CP 441-2. I used to communicate a MultiLab 3 module through TTY communication. Somehow, the communication was broken or no communication anymore. First, the CP has an error and I try to change the CP, redownload the hardware config and also the software of PLC. The fault is gone and I have a pop up message like on the attachment. From the online diagnostic are no errors at all, but still the rx/tx not blinking or no communications. 

Please, can somebody solve it.

can you pls post pictures of wire connections, also check wire proper connection to/from module? Maybe hand drawing can also help, then we can check that. What is configuration of your CP441? Can you post zip-ed screenshots of HW CP cfg screens?

Dear Sir,

I solve the problem with online pop up message, I just need to reconfigure und re-download the hardware setting of CP441-2 with peer to peer (ptp) with NetPro. I have several connection via profibus and ethernet LAN.

Now, I need to check the connection of partner. Please, look my attachment for the wire connections.

Hi guys,

I finally found the problems, 

First things to do is I should check the hardware configuration and setting of the data that being send to PLC.

I found the parameters that send to the PLC has been changes, I don't know how, but someone or somehow the parameters has been changes. I also change the cable of tty communication from/to ML 3 and PLC.
