Hi I dont have any tags in my HMI tag Tables. However I do have Tags for outputs and inputsIn my PLC tag table. When I want to turn on one of these tags from WinCC how do I call it? For example I want to turn on amotor which in my step 7 program is output Q8.5 "Tag 4". When I try using a switch to set tag 4 it gives me a warning message. I will attachmessage On a screen grab. Please have a look and let me know what you think? Attachmentsreen grabs.pdf (589 Downloads) |

Hello, You find the IM folder on this place where you save your project. How do you migrate tags from STEP 7 V11 to WinCC V11? Tweety |

Hi Yes I tryed migrating the tags from my plc tag table the same way it was done in your tutorial. However it cannot access these tags because it says that connection is not able to.I have deleted the IM folder and I am still using the same connection. I will attach screen grabs of the error. Please have a look and see what you think. I am using TIA portal V11 SP 1 Attachmentsreen grabs.pdf (586 Downloads) |
