Systems used:

- Win 10 Pro, Simotion Scout V5.2.1.0 (SA). 

I would like to ask if someone could help me on this topic of U7ITRCAX.ocx issue.

The problem is that when I try to trace a variable in time diagram before entering the device trace an Error shows for U7ITRCAX (picture attached [capture_001]).

This error shows 3xtimes so I guess that it got problems when starting Time diagram, FFT diagram and bode diagram (all three are affected, please refer to picture [capture_002]).

Measuring is able to start but I cannot monitor or to import any diagram curves to the project.

Created even multiple times new projects, but it didn´t help.

Is there an additional driver missing or is there a way to work around the problem?

Many of these mysterious errors are caused by virus scanner packages silently blocking files or registry entries during installation.

Disable or uninstall your virus scanning package, install Scout again, and try it. Maybe re-install your virus scanner or try a completely different one if it starts preventing Scout from working correctly again.
