Hello ! I am new with Ultramat 23 Gas Analyzers. After all reading were showing zero we tried to make autocalibration with ambient air and checked all the pipes and valves. The autocalibration gives error (Autocal drift beyond tolerance). As i checked the max tolerance is 6%, the CO2 which is showing ***** reading was out of tolerance. The result of Autocalibration is out of range only for the CO2, it shows more then 100 to 200 % deviation. After reading a previous thread by running the gas analyzer with N2 I checked the IR values and i as i learned from this thread they should show values bigger then 280000. The CO2 detector is the one which is showing less value (around 177000). Does this mean that this detector is faulty and need to be replace, can i use the gas analyzer for measuring the other gases (NO, CO,O2) or this autocal error blocks the gas analyzer from measuring. Can i disable the CO2 detector and use the gas anallyzer with the other detectors ? Attached there are photos of different screens of the Ultramat 23. Your help is appreciated.
