Ultramat 23 SO2 ******** Faulty Reading

Edwin ANALYZER TECH Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, I would like to solicit your technical input regarding the Ultramat 23 (SO2 and O2) units we have installed in our SAP Plant stack. We are frequently encountering ****** (fault) reading in SO2 component after autocalibration. We have resetted the unit and after warming-up it proceeded with autocal and everything seems normal and showed the online process value. But after 23 mins it again performed the second calibration(which as per manual is part of the warm-up procedure) then the reading for SO2 went ****. The oxygen reading remains ok. We have checked the integrity of our sample handling systems and evrything seems ok. What actions should we take to solve this problem? If were going to proceed with cleaning the sample chamber, what are the procedures that we should follow? Can we use isopropyl alcohol to purge the sample cell? Thank you very much sir.
