morsy Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Dear sir, Please help with deckle 535 ultrasonic cnc machine with serial no. 11065355554, seimens control pannel sinumerik 810D that I have alarms : 600600 BM spindle interlocking -------> other errors 600300 BM feed interlocking Z axis 600200 BM feed interlocking Y axis 600100 BM feed interlocking x axis 600501 BM feed interlocking -5 reference point not appear 700930 BM spindle locked,coolant pressure too low please help as soon as possible thanks & best regards . But you can look these alarms number signals in the PLC ,how it is interfaced and how it is interlocked...you need to back trace your PLC logic DB2.DBX 154.0 -->600600 DB2.DBX 148.0 -->600300 DB2.DBX 146.0-->600200 DB2.DBX 144.0-->600100 DB2.DBX 152.1-->600501 DB2.DBX 255.6-->700930 Check it . Please see the DBs logic as explained in earlier post, retrace the logic that will help you to analysis logic & find out the problem. Hope this helps.
