Hi,
I think your Router blocks data. Port 102 ist blocked by default i.E. and must be enabled for complete transfer route. Please have a look to FAQ: Which ports are used by the various services for data transfer by means of TCP and UDP and what should you watch out for when using routers and firewalls? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/8970169

Hi, but he can connect the S7-317 with the same router/switch HW , so the problem should not a blocked Port or? I think the IP Configuration of the CP400 is not the same like the S7-317. There is a option "Use Gateway" in the IP adress settings of the CP/PLC, and here must be configured the right addresses.
