unable to connect to the cpu

hello, I usually connects a 315-2AG10-0AB0 but I have the logs this time a 315-2AH14-0AB0. J have version 7 V5.5 step but I don not manage to connect. Someone has an idea he does?

Which connection you have between PLC and PC ?
Which Profibus or MPI Adapter do you use?

Do the PLC Run up correctly without any error ?

ok open the Simatic Manager and go to options -> set PG/PC Interface.

Here you set for S7Online "PC Adapter MPI" .(make a screenshot of this configuration please)

then ok and start accessible Nodes in SIMATIC MAnager.

Hai,

stop blinking means CPU is asking for memory reset.

follow the memory reset using normal mres procedure. (keep selector switch in to mres position as long as stop is stable and further follow the normal mres procedure)
