Unable to download to MP377 12"

Raymondk Posts: 62 Rating: (0)	Good day everyone, I am using WinCC TIA portal V13. I am trying to download to MP377 12" but unable to. The diagnostics message show Defective. Please see attached. I can go online with diagnostic but when trying to download a project it will not connect. Not sure what other settings i should check. Thanking you all in advance for any help. Regards, Raymond. I am able to ping the IP address on the HMI. I can also go online from WIncc TIA portal but when i try to download it say unable to connect. Thanking yoy, Raymond.
