Unable to open CU320 in Starter from HW Config

JohnRA Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, My problem is that after creating S120 CU320-PN v4.6 (6SL3040-1MA01-0AA0) in HW Config, the option to open the device in Starter is greyed out. I don't have this problem if I insert S120 CU320-PN v2.2 (6SL3040-0MA00-0AA0). Do I have a software / firmware compaitibility issue? Attachment Installed Software.pdf (207 Downloads)

I suppose yes, but then it`s the question, why you can`t insert it in HW- config. Do you have the problem on a existing project - or with a new project too. I suppose it`s a problem for the hotline ...

JohnRA Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	zako_ Thanks for your reply. The problem is solved after I re-installed the SSP for v4.6. You were correct in that the CU320 could be inserted into a standalone Starter project, also in HW Config however the two configurations were not linked.
