unable to renter the preset value through HMI KTP400

Jebil Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	unable to reenter the preset value of a PLC timer through KTP400 HMI.when we touch display,only numbers 7 and 4 comes even if we touch on other numbers.But in simulation mode,all are coming fine for HMI components used cpu 1214c, TIA portal v11, KTP400basic mono

Jebil Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hi , iam using Totally Integrated Automation Portal Version V11 SP2 Update 3 STEP 7 Basic Version V11 SP2 Update 3 WinCC Basic Version V11 SP2 Update 3 so i need to update to update 5 directly?my system is 64 bit.Will it solve the issue?feels like problem with touch screen?coz in simulation mode,everything is perfect

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (191)	Hello, Can you describe more which problem do you have with KTP 400 Basic? If you test your project with the simulation, then you use Windows 7 or WinXP. If you test your project on the KTP 400 Basic, then you use the operating system Linux.
