unable to view accessible nodes of cpu on profibus network using cp5512

dear team

please help me out on below problem

when i click on the accessible node then all other nodes are showing which is connected on profibus but master cpu node not showing so i am unable to take backup or see anything online my machine is in off condition now due to this problem

please provide more information.

Which SW,version and Operating System you use?

Which PLC you use as Master?

is the PLC really Master or can it be that is DP-Slave configured on the interface?

Have you set the correct communication parameters in PG/PC Settings?

if i understand it correctly then the PLC should have the Adress 3?

This adress is found in accessible nodes.

If you select the adress and open the diagnostic , which information is provided here?

at the moment it looks that the CP5512 work's not correctly with the bus, because no of the found devices can be indentified.

i think you are on the wrong side of the DP/DP coupler , can this be?
Where your cp5512 is pluged exactly, on a Slave, on the DP/DP coupler or on the PLC?

If you have the topology:

PLC -> DP/DP Coupler -> Slaves

And you plug the CP5512 on the Slaves side of the coupler then you don't see the devices/PLC from the orther side.

Can you plug the CP5512 directly on the PLC?
Can you give exact information which topology you use and where the CP5512 is pluged.

two possiblity i have checked 

1) i have directly plugged cp 5512 on cpu and checked but no reply

2) i have plugged cp5512 on profibus network on cpu side and checked then slaves adresses  are showing  but master adress not showing 

is it clear now 

topology as below

cpu(master address 2)>dp coupler (address 3)> other 54 slaves connected

kindly note this is not a new machine 

machine was running on the same configuration since 8 years
