Under voltage error with wp321

HELLO , I NEED A help for wp321 with tia portal v13 update 9..i have a under voltage error in my program. i am useing a third party 4 wire  load cell..waight  load range is 150 kg to 1000kg ..how can i solve this problem ..

Hello,

your problem is that the tension on the SENSE terminals of the WP321 is to low.

If you have a 4 wire load cell you have to make two bridges, one between Exc+ and Sen+ and one between  Exc- and Sen-.

If you have already made the bridges there might be a wire break in the Exc or Sen wires.

now  i have a problem again ..i confused in parameters which data records (DR) and command i can useing with load cell..and how can i use it in my program ... ? 

if load cell Norminal output- 3.0 mv/v

excitation voltage-10V DC -Maximum 15 vdc

 LIFEBIT OF FB WP321 is fleshing on/off ...continuously

I AM USEING HERE WP321 WITH TIA PORTAL V13 AND CPU IS 1518 FAIL SAFE ...I NEED ASK ABOUT how CAN I USE MY Load cell CACULATED VALUE in siemens made ready-to-use progarm .

can i put that value in db fb 321 or input address with compare instructions .i am useing load cell first time .i don't know how can i do it . i did many calls to siemens support 1800220987 but no one reply me ..that is bad experience for me..
