unidentified usb device-brother hl5240l

On the siemens site i found an excel file where i found this printer and it explicitly said that there were no additional drivers needed...So does anyone know what i should do? What is version of winCC Flex? Could you attach a screen shot of message? Whenever i plug it in the usb in a port it directly pops up. So when i connect the printer i geta messageimmediatly. The version is flex08 SP2. I don't know how to make a screenshot but the pop up says: Unidentified USB Device Enter the name of the driver for this USB device: Driver Name: ( and this what i dont know, the driver name...) thx for the quick respons Dimitri

You could try to update OS of MP277 follow that FAQ: how do you do an operationg system update (OS update) on operator panels? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
