I uploaded software changes to a MTP700 and it would not start runtime. The little popup shows, telling me that runtime is being initialized, but then it collapses back to the normal Panel Setting screen.

I tried to load a version from yesterday ( that could boot properly ) and the same thing happened.

I updated the operating system 3 times from TIA18. 

I tried to log in with my browser through the IP address and it said I was on an unsecure connection, even though I have already successfully installed the certificate. I downloaded/installed the certificate again and it still says the connection is not secure. 

This seems like some sort of hardware issue. Should I try to reinstall the OS via ProSave?

I am having the same issue with a project on MTP700 Unified Comfort panel. I took the original project and added a few screens then downloaded to the panel. Now the runtime will not display after starting. There's the window that says "Initializing runtime, please wait.." then it goes away and for a few milliseconds it displays a window "Shutting down runtime, please wait". I am able to load the original project back into the panel and it starts the runtime. Is this possibly and issue with certificate?
