Hello, Do anybody know what it means the status "Inactive"? I was not able to find in documentation this status, only "Timeout" (I get also that status sometimes). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi GabyT, To me, these trace log messages look more like they are related to some problems with the GUI. I would recommend you to use the trace viewer and filter the messages for application "FwComSiemensEnvironment_worker" and subsystem "FwServices". This will reduce the amount of messages and show some error numbers for mounting the network share. Possible return codes should be as follows

Hello Stefan, I do what do you suggested, but no error is present. I see only a Warning regarding the fact that: "Cannot unmount, local shared folder is not mounted." Thank you very much. GabyT.

Hi GabyT, I forgot to mention that you should force the device to retry the connection. You can do this with the Refresh button. However, you may get more information if you remove the connection settings and add them again. When I saw your screenshot, I had some additional questions. As you mentioned, the HMI device has an IP address like 192.168.1.x, your PLC - as I can see - has 192.168.1.44 and the PC has 192.168.1.58, right? What type of user are you using? You mentioned a domain user, but I see 'IPC427E\EOD'. IPC427E' does not look like a common Active Directory domain name to me. If 'IPC427E' is the PC name (192.168.1.58) and 'EOD' is a locale user, you do not need to add the PC name to the user name. Since you have been trying to get this to work for a long time, I would recommend that you create a support request. Technical support may have already seen your problem. Kind regards |
