ChristophD which SW you have exatly installed? TIAPORTAL -> Help -> installed SW (expand all packages) it think you have not installed WinCC Unified (maybe only Advanced or professional)

Stefan Arcularius Platinum Expert Joined: 1/21/2013 Last visit: 4/28/2025 Posts: 3777 Rating: (593)	Hi NguyennTDT, You have received an error message because you have installed Update 1 for WinCC Unified PC but not for the other TIA Portal software. You should always install updates for all software products together. Therefore, I recommend that you install Update 7 for STEP 7/WinCC as well as Update 7 for WinCC Unified PC Runtime. S7-PLCSIM and SINAMICS Startdrive do not need to be updated, but there are also some updates available. Kind regards Stefan
