So playing with a new Unified panel.  First thoughts a Big Step Backwards almost as bad as Allen Bradley when it comes to manipulation of graphics!!!  Text Block cannot have a block defaults to rounded corners, so far it means I have to create a rectangular block with a boarder and then group some text to it, previously all I had to do was create a text block could manipulate feature of block not anymore.  Gotta say hate the new screen management!!!  Confusing awkward to use!!  Logging data same!!!  Sorry Siemens but you were way ahead of Allen Bradley but it appears your new Unified panels are looking more like there crappy Factory Talk!!!  Also just found when adding a Graphic Image cannot surround it with a border again I have to group it with a blank rectangle block!!!

For text element of the screen a Text or a Text box can be used.

Refer 3.1.1.3 (Page 23 | Best Practices of Screen Engineering) from the Engineering guideline for WinCC Unified.

The Text screen object does not support border, whereas Text box screen object supports border. This could be helpful in your use case.
