unified PC runtime client licenses

hi guys, 

I've just set up a unified rt server and installed the respective rt license all is working well

however I've just opened the runtime from another computer on the network via browser,

the runtime is active but i get the no license pop up saying i'm missing a client monitor license?

i thought i read somewhere unified PC runtime came with two free client licenses

however now i'm seeing that even if i buy the client monitor license i can't change values i can only monitor them? 

can anyone assist me here with licensing information

What are the MLFB references of licenses you have ? AFAIK there are 2 kind of WinCC Unified Client license, for monitor and operate or just monitor. Maybe the one you have is just for monitor.

sorry i've no idea what MFLB is 

HOWEVER

under user admin roles in engineering software i believe i just have to make another user login credentials and give them access as a hmi operator

The basic package includes visualization, communication, alarms/messages, report creation, system structuring, and user administration.

Furthermore, a client for local operation, an additional WinCC Unified Client Operate for remote operator control and monitoring, and a WinCC Unified Client Monitor for monitoring only are also included in the basic package. Additional clients can be enabled with a license.

Then you should be able to log in with a Unified Client and operate from another PC. But as you mentioned, it is important that you check the permissions of the user with which you login to the RT Unified.
