Hi Pratts23, It would be easier to fix if the problem was project-related. However, since it is not, the cause of the problem may be the IIS or the WinCC Unified PC Runtime. Since your screenshot shows a 'WinCC Unified' tab, I assume that the main Unified web application is running in IIS. If not, you can try to restart the 'WebRHPool' as rdoliveira shows. For a runtime related problem, you should take a look at the TraceViewer. But to be honest, in most cases it's not easy to find something there if you're not experienced in reading these trace logs. Most of the time this would be a case for technical support. Kind regards |
