I am missing something.  I am trying to GET data from a DB in an S7-300 using an unspecified connection in an S7-1515 via Ethernet.  I can find similar examples, but not exactly what I have.  Can someone point me in the right direction?     MMilton

Thank you for the response.  I am looking for an example.  The one you linked does not cover what I need.  I have an S7-1515 and I need to GET data from a DB in an S7-300.  I can not touch the program in the S7-300, so I need to do an Unspecified connection.  I have been through the help and several examples, but I am missing something.  My GET instruction status says my connection is not established.  I think it may have something to do with the TSAP settings.        I have also tried it with a dummy S7-300 in my project, but I can't get that to work either.  I know all my wiring connections are good because I can be online with both PLCs at the same time in TIA Portal. 

Basically, I am looking for info on how to configure an Unspecified connection from an S7-1500 to an S7-300.
