Unsupported S7-300 I/O Modules in Tia Portal migration

MarceloSCS Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hi dears, I am trying to migrate a S7-300 project from S7 Professional v 5.4 to the new TIA Portal Professional V11 SP2. Several 6ES7321-1EH01-0AA0 and 6ES7322-1EH01-0AA0 modules, were detected as unsupported. How to fix it? best regards

These modules are discontinued in 2009 and maybe to old. Unless someone comes up with a good idea, i think it's time for a support request. Or replace the modules. regards, Marcjan

How to fix it? best regards Hello MarceloSCS, There is no workaround in this case, as both these products are not supported by TIA Portal. In general moduleswhich were actively marketedsince2008 is supported in TIA Portal. - Still there are exceptions for this statement ways of checking products compatibility with TIA Portal is using - TIA Portal Readiness Check Tool(the enclosed document is generated by this tool only) or refering this FAQ - Which devices and modules are supported by STEP 7 Professional V11 and WinCC Professional V11? whichever of the above is latest. Ofcourse you can check in the Hardware Catalog of TIA Portal directly to check if a product is supported or not. Attachment E:\SM 321 and SM 322.pdf (576 Downloads)
