updade firmware for MCC 100

HOSSINI ABDEL Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	HELLO I am a novice in the CNC machines. we just changed the battery module SIMODRIVE 611/810D. after a reset general, the error 2001 appears "PLC has not started up." I do not have serie startup files and I do not know where to find them. the machine in question is a shopmilling" LAGUN GVC 600 ". Logiel version of SINUMERIK 840: MMC 100 ver 05.03.30 I do not have a password and when I try to enter the password by default "1111", the message "Wrong password" is displyed. Question: Is this an update Logiel for MMC 100 allows a redifinition password. if yes what is the procedure and what are the software required. Thank you in advance.

The default password is not "1111". Read the manual ! The password are begins with "sun..." I hope you know what i mean.

Please, can you give me a step of restarting the shopmilling GVC600 after general reset. I would be very grateful if you send me documentation helping me to solve my problem. I think you have los your NC and PLC Datas ! ! ! >I do not have serie startup files and I do not know where to find them. >the machine in question is a shopmilling You need NC-Datas and PLC-Programm. If you have only an MMC100 then you must read in over V24 with Programm PCIN. NC-Datas read in with PCIN. PLC-Datas must transfer with Step7-Software. Sorry

You need to read the manual of the cnc 810D. For read the documentation about of sinumerik 810D please see the Doc_on_web.

(see attached image) Please give me more explanation about this Thank you very much You have read manual for an OLD Sinumerik 810 (820, 840, 880) But you have Sinumerik 810D ! (You have a MMC100) Ask: Are you sure, you have an MMC100 ? For MMC100 --> so far i know --> no shopmill/shopturn posible. Have your MMC a Harddisk ? Please make a picture, then we can help you. (From panel and from the NC)

HOSSINI ABDEL Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello I thank Mr MLAZZ and Mr Karl for their responses and the interest they give to my problem. I find the HMI password documentation which defines the passwords as indicated Mr Karl (see image1 attached), I have not yet tested the password on the machine. For the HMI software version, it displayed at startup informations the message "MMC 100 ver 05.03.30. The HMI has no harddisk. the machine is a shopmilling, and the other attached images give an overview on the MMC and the NC. Installed languages of messages are the french and the spanish and not english. On the screen pictures are used the french messages. I hope that the information provided by these photos can help you understand my problem and find a solution. you find afterwards the rest of the images. Thank you once again.
