Update firmware v2.2 S7 1212C AC/DC/RLY

Dear Master of S7-1200,

I have problem when update firmware V2.2 S7 1212C AC/DC/RLY.

I already download firmware update for 6ES7 212-1BD30-0XB0 and extract 2 files

(S7_JOB.S7S &  FWUPDATE.S7S/6ES7 212-1BD30-0XB0 V02.02.00.upd)

to 6ES7954-8LF01-0AA0

I do these step:

-change CPU to STOP mode, and insert Memory Card,

-Led RUN/STOP is Orange, MAINT is Flashing Orange.

-Power off and Power On the CPU, Led RUN/STOP is Orange, ERROR is Flashing Red, MAINT is Flashing Orange.I think the problem on this step, Led RUN/STOP should be flashing Green-Orange until Led MAINT is Orange.

The Diagnostics show:

CPU error: Memory card evaluation error: Memory card not accepted or cannot be mounted
current card type: Unformatted memory card

try to format the Card.

You can try it with TIA Portal, go online to PLC and start "Online&Diagnostics", here under Functions a point Format Memorx card should be Found.

Did you delete the required system files __LOG__ and crdinfo.bin ?
Use attrib x:\*.* or dir x:\ /a to check this (X ist the drive letter of the SIMATIC Memory card.

I am using TIA Portal v11,

Function in Online & Diagnostics are not showing about format memory,

They are: Assign IP Address, Set time of day, Reset to factory setting, and assign name.

Are there any way?

Which Version of TIA you have in use?
In V13 SP1 you cann generate offline a FW Update Card, this can be reformated the Card ?

in my Version V11 Sp2 Update 5 is it possible to create a FW Update Card.
This functions in the project menu -> Simatic Card Reader

You can use a normal SD Card Reader for the S7-1200 Cards, no special Card Reade needed.
