update S5 to S7

When the system is operating for several months it becomes too slowly and I have to restart the servers and I don`tknow why this occurs, because I have other network with S7 PLCs and functions correctly. Also, I want update all S5 PLCs to S7-400,but I have to justifythat is better. You know some link with advantages betweenS7 vs S5 PLCs. thanks,

The 135U/155U are declared 1/10/2006 meature, then only with sending a defect component you can buy for at least 9 years spare parts. The 115U is 1/10/2005 declared meature and the little ones 100U/95U/90U are declared on 1/10/2004 meature. Which network do you have, is the memory leaking, with other words is the memory eaten slowly by memoryleak from some program. Which versions do you have of WinCC etc....

And on which base is WinCC V6.0 communicating (e.g. ethernet or Profibus-DP) with these PLCs?
